NZXT Sentry wont turn on

I just got a NZXT Sentry 2 Fan controller from Fry's. Problem is, when i plug the power molex into my PSU molex, and boot the computer, the fan controller just sits there, it doesn't light up or turn on or anything. Any help would be much appreciated.

^+1 Check the fan controllers molex connecter on different molex connecters and see if it will turn on. I just installed mine and it's great. Make sure your plugging it into the right molex on the fan controller to, you want the black one that is the actual power for the device not the other ones that in turn power fans (can't actually remember if the molex connecters on the fans even have the female side off the top of my head) otherwise I'd be sending it back for a replacement.
