amd 955 3.2ghz, 4gb ram (10333), pci express, 750 watt ps., running windows 7 pro.

You won't need anything more than a GTX 560 or ATI 6950.

Hmm... I would say I agree with griffolion up there, a single GTX560 or HD6950 is enough for your need.
But there's one thing we should know first, what is your current GPU?

GTX560 is MUCH faster than the onboard graphic, so yes, you can get that card and see a HUGE performance increase...
