I just put together a full build and nothing comes up on the monitor. All the fans work and keep working along with the LEDs in them. hard drive spins up. It turns on with the power button but wont turn off. I cannot figure out what's wrong! I'm not sure what's on the hard drive, but i was planning on reformatting it with win7 but the disk drive wont open.
