Usb graphic card for laptops

is the usb graphic card for laptops available?

USB is not fast enough to process video information like that thus there is nothing like this available.

From what I under stand you have a laptop with no video output does it have a pci port

They used to exist as external enclosures for standard pci-e graphics card but only operated at 1x speeds. They were more or less far to weak even for then which was in 2008. There are adapters that allow for a pci-e graphics card to use the mini pci-e slot in your laptop but it will defeat the purpose of having one. In short you may as well forget about this subject area unless it is only for academic reasons.
