The Build Quality between the Corsair and Antec is pretty much the Same.Corsair is expensive and is a Mid Tower while Antec is cheaper and a Full Tower
Well going for a Mid Tower Case for 160$ is an absolute waste on a 1200$ Budget.Invest that on a better CPU/Ram/Gpu

CPU, RAM GPU is already the best he can have. I've seen both cases and the build quality of the Corsair IS better and it offers better cable management. The fans on the Antec have been a complaint of many users and they're known to be brittle, but you're probably right on the PSU.
