I you can reduce the PSU down to a good 500-650 Watt PSU if your not going to SLI or CF.

the Vengeance RAM heat spreaders are likely too tall to for the Hyper 212 HSF to clear if ram is installed in the first two ram slots.

I know these work together. (have them in my rig)
