Nvidia 540M or 460GTX M?

Hey i have to buy a new laptop and my question is which of these two graphic card is better , the Nvidia 540M or the 460GTX M ???

other system in the laptop would be:

intel core i7 2630 @2,5 GHz 6mb ( btw. would be better to get for some gaming an i7 with 8 mb chache? )
8GB DDR3 1333 mhz RAM
2x 750GB SATA II 7200.05 rpm


please I need your help, I'm a noob with Laptops , and the normal 540 or 460GTX isn't to compare with the laptop variants so..

There is no desktop variant of the 540, the GTX460m is about 15-20% better than the 540m on average.
