Pretty sure my motherboard is dead

hello there i have a gateway lx-6200 01 multimedia powerhouse baisically the computer does not boot like when i click the power button everything powers up but my monitor is blank and it does one single beep not a long been not a super short beep and no beeps after it just 1 beep my motherboard does not have a diagnostics light. plus when i burly opened it up it didnt even make a beep after taking everything apart i mean everything and reconnected it all ram etc.. made sure the ram slots did not have dust particles inside etc... but after all that still no go i guess
my question is, is this probablly my motherboard ? or can this be my cpu? since i know it isnt my ram since i have extra ram ddr2 sticks laying around...

but baisically this is my current motherboard i mean this is it even every single model number matches so my question is what motherboard can i buy to replace this one i have been looking everywhere but i just cannot find one :S please help guys since i am 99.99 percent it is my motherboard :S

P.S. the reason i have not been able to find a replacement is because that current motherboard burly fits inside of my case and i cannot find another motherboard that is the exact same size .... like i mean even 4 centemiters over will not fit in my case :S i am stressing :SSSS lol i mean custom mobo? :O
