Hello guys, i plan on building my own PC, now i have never done that before i wanted to ask you first what do you think about my build and if there are any flaws.

I will use my pc mainly for gaming.

Mobo : ASUS P8Z68-V
Cpu : Intel i5 2500k
RAM : KINGSTON 8GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 HyperX blu Edition
HDD : WESTERN DIGITAL Caviar Black 1000GB 64MB cache
Case : Cooler Master HAF 922
PSU : CORSAIR GS800
GPU : Asus GTX 560-ti DC II in SLI

I wanted to ask if the 2 asus gtx 560-ti DC II will fit in my case AND if theres is enough space between the PCIe slots to accommodate these 2 giants cards.
I am also not sure about the HDD because its quite expensive and i wanted to ask if its really worth the money or not!
if not could you please suggest another HDD that maybe be price / performance wise better?

Sorry about my crapy english :p

IMO, no the HDD is not worth the money, seeing as the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB is cheaper and has been shown to outperform it while being cooler, quieter and consume less energy.

If the card is dual slot, which I think they are, then there will be no issue with the motherboard.
The HAF 922 can take very large/long graphics cards, so there won't be any issue with the graphics cards fitting in the case.

Where are you buying from? I'd think that there were better PSUs available for the same/similar price, which would still have plenty of power for your build.

what about your cpu cooler? as you have a 2500k you probably want to overclock it so a good aftermarket cooler would be an idea

Quite a similar rig to the one I'm building, I went with an ASUS P8P67 Pro instead but same CPU. PSU-wise I got some sound advice from Silvune and changed from a Corsair GS800 to a ThermalTake TX 775W (modular) worked out to be a fraction cheaper too.
