What will be the result of swapping out the Gigabyte main board with some other 780G chipset board? Will I be forced to reformat the C drive, or will the swap be ok? What about the South bridge, will it cause a problem? Never tried this before, so I don't know what to expect. These boards are getting hard to find, and the owner doesn't want to spend much money, being retired.
