What monitor should I get with GTX 580 Video Card?

I am going to be purchasing a new computer soon. Here are the parts:

I have been told that the monitor currently on there will not be able to get the best quality for gaming with the Video Card. Can anyone recommend a better monitor? Thanks.

That monitor is perfectly fine to run a GTX580 with.

Get a 1920x1080 monitor or better wth 2ms response. Some people believe 120hz monitors are better, i personally dont think there is a difference between them and 60/75 hz on an LCD.

But with all that money your spending and you don't want something bigger than 21"?

I've never tryed a 3D monitor before but they look fun.
