What is my PC worth if I was to sell it?

10 USB Inputs
2 Ethernet Ports
1x Firewire Port
Additional Noctua NF-P12 Silent fan for cooling
500GB System Drive (Solid State Hybrid)
500GB Hitachi Storage Drive
Arctic Cooling system


This computer has been a reliable companion for my recording studio and runs fine with no problems. Doesn't freeze and can't tell you when it last crashed if ever.
I am now moving over to mac pro after having the opportunity to use one for a while.

So, with that in mind, I need some money in order to get one. How much do you think I could raise for this computer if I was to sell it on eBay or if anyone knows any other places that will buy computers for a great price.

sorry to hear you feel like wasting your money on a Mac Pro, but i would value that system at about £250 or so.

It that your valuation as a PC or could I get more selling it as parts?

As a whole? $200 at most. You might be able to sell the M-Audio card at a good price though...

Maybe $200, $250 if you parted it out. Not much of a market for used PC's, in whole or parts. The problem is you are competing with a flooded market, lots of used PC and PC parts out there for pennies on the dollar, and once the components are a couple years old, they are outdated and simply not worth squat.
