I am looking closely at the Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 , and feedback good or bad would be appreciated.

Is it easy to over clock?

I'm looking hard at the same board too, it looks very good and the price has dropped on it. Just considering if it will accept Ivy Bridge for a future upgrade or should I consider the ASUS P8Z77-V PRO??

I've been using the ASUS P8Z68-v PRO since about August 2011 now.

I've been nothing but impressed with it, great looking board, solid features, really good build quality and despite not actually using the ASUS automatic over-clocking tools I did give it a bash when I first built my system and it was able to set my i5-2500k up at 4.6GHz stable with my Arctic Freezer 13 CPU cooler. Never saw temps above 80 degree's.

I'm not sure the difference's between the -v PRO and the -v are all the much though, slightly different audio and 2 different SATA ports or something like that so looking back I probably should have got the -v rather than the PRO but either way I'm extremely satisfied with what I bought :)
