Asus P8Z68-V PRO-GEN3 BIG PROBLEMS!!!

CPU: i5 2500k
RAM: 2x 4 GB GSKILL RIPJAWS 1600 MHz

5 out of 3 booting tries the Red CPU Led is on, fans are working but no POST sound, nothing on monitor. Also my RAMs are not working dual anymore. And they don't work on some slots. If i put the RAM other than the rightest slot(SLOT 0) i won't work and the Red RAM Error Led is on.

What can i do? I recently send my PSU(Seasonic 620 W) to market i bought to change cause it became completely broken and machine nothing was happening when i hit the Power button. PSU was literally dead. Now they gave me another PSU (Silver 500 Watt), but now new problems emerged.

Also, i looked the CPU slot in the MOBO and some group of pins seems to bended right. You guys have picture of your CPU nest on the MOBO so i can compare with mine. If you haven't i will post mine.
