Found an old GPU in my closet. What is it?

I found an old GPU in my closet. Anyone know what it is? The closest thing I could find was an x1600, but I don't quite think that's it.

x700, x1300 or something similar. Pull the heatsink off and clean the thermal paste off and look at the chip, or simpler yet, plug it in your PC (if it works.)

I'd just install it in a system and see what it detects it as !! (figure that way you also find out if it was in the closet because it's broken as well !)
