Hey everyone! And thanks to all that helped me before. Well In case you dont know I was the one "trying" to game on a geforce 9400gt and a pentium d 820 and pulled my hair out wondering why it sucked. So i managed to get a geforce 9800gt with 1gig ddr3 running at pci-e2.0 and upgraded to a amd phenom x2 550. Its a BIG difference in gaming now. I couldnt even run a baseball game but now i run crysis on very high and all other games on very high. So my questions is now what type of cooling should i use and do you guys think i made a wise choice as my budget was $350. And lastly what operating system is good for gaming? I used Xp but I hear it doesnt support dx10. I have windows 7 now but i hear vista is better and should it be 32 or 64bit? Thanks again!

No, stay with W7.
32 or 64 will work for you. It will be awhile before we truly see alot of benefits from 64bit as well, but it also depends on your usage.
Anything using alot of memory , 64bit will benefit you, simply because it can use alot more system memory

64 bit has still not really caught on as a platform as of yet.

Windows 7 will be the future OS so to go to Vista at this stage will be madness, yes there will be teething problems as there are with all OS but Vista was a bloated whale which had no sense of direction appart from attacking nearby boats.

I would go for Microsoft Windows 7 home premium 32bit.

As for the cooler Artic Cooling or one of these http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/category.php?category_id=1

But if your not overclocking, I wouldnt personally bother as the stock cooler you have will do fine.

OK its running ok but i have the side panel open. I have a thermale take case with 8 fans so i hope that is enough cause that video card gets HOT!!

that depents on the manufacturer, i have had troubles with pny cards and tend to stand clear,

A cpu cooler will not cool your video card, get a fan which will cool it in the case-
