Any good overclock profiles??? amd

I have a crosshair formula and a 1100t with 16 gigs ram and 2 radeon 6950's @ 2 gigs each , can some one help with some good over clocking profiles ? prferably (multiplier and bus) thanks . oh yeah and corsair h80 cooler (loop).

This may be useful. Legitreviews overclocked their 1100t by bumping the multiplier to 21 and 5MHz to bus [105 on clock speed] to achieve stable 4.3 tihs on a MSI 890FXA-GD70
