Don't know how good is this PSU but it should be powerfull enough /specwise/.
IMHO it's better to buy one 8GB RAM kit there are some for the same price. Why do you choose to have sticks on all 4 slots?

You may lose dual performance with RAM if you have different types of sticks installed, so bear that in mind for the future. It depends on the motherboard, IIRC, but there can be a limitation along the lines of memory performance with 4 sticks will be equivalent to the performance of the smallest stick. So 2x4GB and 2x2GB later on (say you upgrade with a 2x2GB set later) will only give performance equivalent to 4x2GB. I've dredged that up from memory so it may not be 100% accurate but worth looking into...or just get another 2x4GB if you ever upgrade.

Everything seems pretty good and compatible. Your psu should be more than enough to power your computer HOWEVER, make sure it has enough molex, pci6/8, sata ports you need. I've run into computer builds where my friend buys the stuff, brings it to me to put together, and then I gotta jump through hoops cause of a lack of sata power cables. Anyways, a few things I would mention are that 1)if you are buying that heatsink, why not spend an extra like 5-10 bucks and try and grab a cooler master v6; this puppy looks cooler, has a higher cfm rating and has all around great reviews 2)If you can afford it, try to grab an AM3+ mobo to make your rig a little more futureproof, but this is up to you 3)I think you may be able to find a better hdd for maybe 2 bucks more 4)You could easily score yourself a sony or samsung dvd drive for the same price at a local computer store which would be more reliable and come with a better warranty than the lite on one. Otherwise, good luck with your build chap :)
