ASUS Sabertooth z77 or Maximus Gene V

Last response: in Motherboards

Can't decide between these two boards for the Ivy bridge's release. They both have good reviews.
Is there any difference such as performance or technology other than the extra SATA ports, size, warranty, and TUF components?

Would like to save as much as I can to fund other stuff to go with the board.

Parts going onto the board:
GPU: 1x HD 6870 (Will upgrade during this fall)
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws X (2x4GB) DDR3 1600
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212+

If you want to save, go for an Asrock Z77 extreme 4 or 6. but if you want to decide on those 2, get the Sabertooth. The Gene is only m-atx

Neither. Asus P8Z77-V Pro. Better Power Phasing than Sabertooth, and Gene V is Micro-ATX.
