Additional Comments:

I'm trying to build a gaming desktop under 700. I'm on a tight budget, but since my last desktop was P4, I want to aim for i5 sandy bridge CPU. I can compromise some graphic performance for better cpu (thinking about HD 5770 at this point). 4gb ram is enough for me.

It'd be nice if the brands are more reliable ones.. like asus, gigabyte, rosewill..etc.

Solution
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 Sandy Bridge
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-P67A-UD3-B3 LGA 1155
GPU: ASUS EAH5850 DIRECTCU/2DIS/1GD5 Radeon HD 5850
HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB
PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
Optical Drive: ASUS Black 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW

Total: $802.45 w/ shipping - $45 Rebate = $757.45

This puts all your preferred brands in aswell as a much better graphics card. It also went a bit over budget. So you can get that 5770 you wanted and saved some money.

Wait for some others to post...
