Thermal design power 95w error in cpu

Can you please help on this promblem problem i am facing this problem from past 6 months please help me as soon as possible

You need to provide some information... System specs, where you are seeing this error, etc.

My initial thought is you are trying to run a CPU in a board that cannot support its TDP. but I am completely guessing with out any info
