Building New PC - Help

I am building new PC, these are the parts ,
please let me know any problems/recommendation, Thank You .


CPU - Intel i7 950

Motherboard - Asus X58 Sabertooth

RAM - Kingston Hyperx 6GB

Power Supply - Corsair CMPSU-850TX

CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D14

Hard Drive - WD Caviar Black 64Mb cache 1TB

Video Card - XFX HD 5850

CD/ DVD Burner - Lite-On LightScribe 24X SATA DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive

Tower case - Antec 1200

Just to say...

Outdated CPU, way more power supply than you need (CF 5850 and 950 don't even need that much power), expensive and loud hard drive, 5850 is expensive vs. other 5850's. Unnecessary cooler, Hyper 212+ is a better cheaper option.

Are you avoiding sandybridge cpu on purpose? If not you should go for a i5 2500k

hey ,guys, thank for the reply, am kind of behind about technology. lol... i think am going with i5 2500k .. any suggestion for the other parts

giv...do you see that link I posted ? It's a sticky on the top of this forum, and it's there for a reason. It let's everyone here know what direction to go in regards to giving anyone advice on here...otherwise it's like shooting into a dark alley. Peeps here could be suggesting a gtx 580 and come to find out you have a 17" CRT...see what I mean ?
