Wireless USB port access

I'm looking to connect a client USB device to my wireless network (device is like a camcorder, but it's not). I have software that accesses this device through a cable to PC connection. USB wireless hubs don't work through walls, and otherwise you only get about 10' of range. Was thinking USB/Ethernet Bridge. How to make that wireless is the question...or any better ideas...I'm sure there are some. Would very much like to keep it as inexpensive as possible. Can elaborate on this if needed. Thanks........
