Cant get nat type 2 ps3

Hello,
I have tryed everything i have seen on google. but nothing is helping. i even went to the playstation site. And they didnt help me neither. Sometimes i feel like stopping but everytime i get kicked out of a online game of call of duty black ops it just makes me so mad. I need so much help. I have a linksys router and a motorola modem that is running at&t. Please try to help.

Which router? 2000, 3000 or 4000 series? Open your browser type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. You may be prompted to enter the network password... do so. Mouse over to applications and gaming find DMZ (demilitarized zone) and enable. Where it says "source IP address" check "any", under "destination" check MAC address and enter the PS3's MAC address (which can be found on the PS3's netwok settings). Save changes and exit. Go turn PS3 on and have fun!!
