IN NEED OF FAN ADAPTER/CABLE PLEASE HELP

ive just got my computer half built and ive got to the fans and they have 2 pin 'male' connections were as my motherboard has 3 pin 'male' connections. id like to know if anybody knows something to make it work....also i have a 4 pin 'male' connections as well on the motherboard for a chasis fan so if possible , could you tell me a , 2 pin 'male' fan connection to a 4 pin 'male' motherboard connection as well as 2 pin to 3 pin.

do you have the mobo model? also the book that came with it?
if so the 2 pin fan should be black and red cable all you need to do is identify the +positive (red) and -negative (black) and place them an the board as such.

The mobo model is Asus M5A97 Pro. There are no 2 pin connections on the mobo.

Bought the Phantom 410 case with 3 on board fans, these have 2 pin connectors. Looks like i need an adaptor.
