would it be worth it to get a better processer and a slightly worse graphics card or is that build optimal for starcraft 2

do you need an OS? a fast dual core is your best bet for a budget sc2 build, as the game is optimized for 2 cores.

So should I get the i3-2100 or a cheaper CPU

again, do you need windows 7 or do you have it? this will determine if you have the budget for an i3
