X79-GD45 msi motherboard error

hello,this is my first time i use these forums so ill get right to the point

pc will boot up but will switch off and then reboot and the switch off again ect.(screen remains black)

my motherboard(x79-GD45 msi ) onboard display shows me an E5 reading(error code) that even after searching the msi forums could not find any documentation on decoding this E5 code.

is there some1 who could point me where i can find out what an E5 problem is, or even better any1 who knows what the E5 reading on my motherboard is.

im suspecting i has something to do with the GPU. powersupply is 850w

bump, a client is having the same issue. im attempting some trouble shooting now
