wen i insert graphic card and lan card my pc doesnt start on 1st attempt it takes 5-6 appempts to turn it on, it will get the LED on for a second and go away
but wen these card nt inserted it works completely fine....
loook like it might hav error on pci slot... how can i check and troubleshoot

Try only inserting the video card and see if it works, do the same with only the LAN card, this may serve to isolate what is the problem.

Could you also give your system specs please.
