Ok, after researching seems i cant upgrade my cpu very much. So what would be the best graphics card and power supply i can upgrade to without causing bottlenecks?
Dell Demension 9200, Intel Pentium D duel core 2.80ghz, 4gb ddr2, Motherboard OWG855, chipset P965/g965, power supply 375w, 1024x768 resolution. Any thoughts?

Hey,
I assume you mean you cannot upgrade your computer very much?
To be honest I don't know much about what you are trying to do, but to add any graphics card you are going to need to upgrade your powersupply. Pretty much the minimum these days to add a GPU you are looking at a 450W supply. That will run something like a 5770 or less. At your resolution that should be fine for your needs. Now if you are thinking you would like to try running Crysis or something, you are looking at starting fresh from the ground up.

A HD5670 will run on your PSU. It should handle your resolution fairly well.

Yes, I think you will be happy with the performance of the HD5670, and will not have spent too much money.

My friend has 5770 that can't be used to its full advantage, I think his ram is bottlenecking it. Basically same specs as yours minus 2gb ram.

5770 should be perfect for you, upgrade psu

Well, if you're willing to upgrade the PSU, you can run a GTX460 (a 768mb version is fine for your resolution). A 380W Antec Earthwatts would be sufficient, or get the 500W version if you'd like more cushion or would someday like to get a stronger card. Anything stronger, considering your CPU and resolution, would most likely be a waste. Honestly, I think you'd probably be happy with the HD5670 (and the money it would leave in your wallet).

Their performance should be similar, but the HD5670 uses less power (unless you get one of the special low power versions of the 9800GT; but that would be slower).
