I am only aware of one Asus GTX 560, the DirectCU II. It has a relatively small factory overclock.

If it is from Asus, then it is good. Just when you purchase the card, make sure that the serial number sticker on the card matches to the number on the box to make sure that it is legit.

Ok.. to make a clear for you all... i saw Asus GTX 560 with a box that write 900Mhz Overclocking.... And another box does not write 900Mhz Overclocking.

Are both card are the same card or different.?? (Sorry my english was bad) : (

practically they're still the same card. the only difference is out of the box clock or cooler being used. much likely the one that doesn't mention it's core clock will running GTX560 reference clock (which is 822mhz). the other one just like the box have mentioned: 900mhz out of the box. normally the per-overclock edition will sell for more than the one that using reference clock. but i'm petty much sure any GTX560 able to get 900mhz on the core.

So... An Asus gtx 560 ti that doesn't write 900Mhz Overclocking. We can still Overclock that card right...???

Ok... from your experiance renz496.. you think crysis 2 will be better and good on GTX 560 or HD 6950 2G.? let say at 1600x900 resolution..??? which one will take a massive win..?

560 tends to do better at lower resolutions. 6950 2gb is better for 2560x1600 or multimonitors

Emmm... that a good explanation since i doesn't want to play at multidisplay.

What i really do care that i can play crysis and crysis 2 without any lag or stutter even with high setting.....

I don't know about Crysis 2, but Crysis 1 it'll be iffy. I have overclocked crossfire 5850s and I get around 50+fps in Crysis 1 at 1080p and max settings 2xAA (Although in Warhead, max settings and 4xAA runs at 60fps). My CF 5850s are definitely faster than a single 560...

But if you want to know for sure, just read some reviews. Crysis is almost always a benchmark.

yes that's right. regarding which will be better honestly i don't know since the game is not coming out yet (but i do play the beta :p  ). in general 6950 is a bit faster than GTX560 so that's mean the performance difference is small. in some cases you're not going to notice the performance difference between the two. other than that the plus side of 6950 2GB is it can be unlock into 6970. you can look this chart to get the general idea:
