Best GPU $150-$200

Whats the best GPU within that price range? Everytime I seem to figure out what I want another curve ball is thrown my way... I am currently thinking gtx 460.

I play at 1680x1050.

XFX is good. Buy MSI, ASUS, XFX, SAPPHIRE, or HIS and you will be good.
