Go with the i5 2500k cpu. It's cheaper, overclockable, and all around the best choice for gaming.

The graphics card is actually a really weak one. I'd recommend going gtx 460 or 5850 for 150 dollars. If you want to go for an even better choice there is the 6870, gtx 560 ti, or 6950. I did save you about 80 bucks on the processor so you can go for a better card :D

I didn't see a psu but pick up a corsair, antec, seasonic one. You didn't mention if you intended on SLI/CF...if so then go 750W otherwise 500-550W is all you'll need for a one card set up.

motherboard: Again didn't state SLI/CF that board can CF but it will be x16/x4 which isn't great. If you are only planning on using 1 card then you can opt for a cheaper motherboard like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... or if you do plan on SLI/CF then go with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
