I'm currently in the process of getting together a new build, looking for memory. I will have the 3770k i7 ivy bridge processor with a z77 motherboard. Will this memory be compatible?

Also, I was going to get this graphics card, but it is now no longer in stock!

Is this comparable?

1) Memory is compatible

2) The Gigabyte one, majority of complaints are from being loud, not from performance. If loudness bothers you then it would do you best to choose a different manufacturer. It is essentially the same card however so performance should be very similar. Also, the Gigabyte one is overclocked with a core clock of 975 mHz compared to Sapphire's 875 mHz. In theory, it should be slightly faster.
