I am trying to figure out why my computer keeps crashing. I think it is related to the RAM (I have put all new in). Should system speed be the same speed as the RAM? Is FSB the same as system speed?

I would really appreciate any advice on this! Thanks!

Your RAM memory speed needs to be compatible with your motherboard.
Example: if your motherboard can't support a DDR3 1333 Ram Speed it's going to cause problems.

My advice would be to put your old RAM back in your computer and run Crucial's memory system scanner to see what RAM speeds you currently have and if that new memory falls into any of the upgrade categories.

(I'm currently using my Mac, but it should re-load to a Windows OS)
