High CFM Fan <$100 for Z77 Sabertooth

Hi there,

I am looking to cool my partner's PC without WC'ing
I want something that is gunna cool the CPU decently without being too loud >20ish dba
She has an i5 2500k, and wants to OC it to 4-4.3Ghz

I found these but have no idea what is good:

The main catch is it has to fit in the Z77 Sabertooth Mobo WITHOUT the Thermal Armor coming off
and she has Corsair Vengeance x2 4GB RAM with long fins

has anyone tried those heatsinks with this mobo?

ohh and Budget is $100 USD
