no its not ur cards fault........did u see the time in game....its just shadows of electric wires.....by the time passes the shadows move due to the movement of sun in game.....

I think the poster is referring to the marked red square area. It looks to be "smudged" compared to the rest of the image. I don't think you're video card is broken though. Are you experiencing issues in any other games?

yes, from the read marks. i find it in many games
like assassin's creed 2 or 1 or mafia 2.
when i drive, the shadow just renders near the car,
not far away as it should be.
i try to change something like sundistance setting.
i find none.
