1GB VRAM vs. 1GB DDR3

Hello, what is the difference between 1GB VRAM and 1GB DDR3? Which is better? I am looking into buying one of the two laptops I want to get, and the only difference is this VRAM vs DDRM, and the difference in price is about $60. Everything else is the same.

The "1GB VRAM" on the one laptop is likely DDR3. The manufacturer just likely labels it differently.

Unless they are exactly the same (including brand), you are likely paying more for one just because of the name. Got links?
