PC restarts 4 times, after that if starts.

Hi,

I have one problem with my PC. When i try to start it, it restarts couple of times (3 or 4) and after that it starts.
I read some theards and it looks that it is a problem with my RAM and MB.

Is this really a problem with timing or? It restarts always when GPU control led is flashing.

There are my components:
Case.........Corsair Obsidian 800D
MB............Asus P8P67 PRO - REV 3.1
CPU..........Intel core i5 2500K 3.30GHz
CPUC........Be quied Dark rock PRO
RAM..........Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4x2GB kit) 1600 MHz DDR3
SC.............Creative XFi
VGA...........Asus HD 6970 2GB Direct CUII
PSU...........Cougar G800
1x SSD.....Corsair Force 3 Series 120GB
3x HDD.....3,25 TB space
KB..............Logitech G15
Mouse........Logitech G5 + Roccat Kone
Sound........Logitech x530 + Sennheiser PC360 G4ME + Roccat Kave
Display......HP w2207h + LG W2486L-PF
OS.............Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Ps.:
I tried to change some components MB (MB was changed for the same MB), PSU, GPU. I tried it at my desk (just in case not in case) but there was no short so IDK.

This problem is a known one for that motherboard. Some boards do it and some don't. I suggest returning the motherboard.

I returned it one because two slots for ram wasnt working.

So timing and RAM frequency will not help?

I personally had to deal with this issue.
The first board had the problem...
The second board did not have the problem..

I had the same problem at both boards. And I really dont want to be again 5 weeks without my board.

I dont want to waste my money to new RAM.

That's just a quirk with Asus boards. Some don't have that problem (like mine, for instance), but it seems that a lot do. It doesn't really hurt anything anyway, it's just annoying.

Yes its really annoying. I want to ude SLEEP but i really dont want to wait 5 min until my PC starts.
So there is no help (no claim - i think that ASUS will not accept it bcs it is only with combination of some RAM and their board (Am I right?)).

Probably not, no, but trying new RAM can't hurt, I suppose (even though it may or may not help).

Yes but I don't have other DDR3 RAM and if I want to try new, I just have to buy them
