Error messages in network connections

i have a problem with local area connection 7 and 8 they say a network cable is unplugged and i used to highspeed internet but now i only have a portable usb modem how can i fix the problem?

If you are using wifi (or cellphone type internet?) connection the unplugged cable doesn't really matter. You can simply delete those connections if the messages bother you.

i have been trying to delete those but when i wait a minute or two i restart my computer and the messages come back.
