Hi so I decided to clean out my computer and accidentally lost my CMOS jumper cap for my Asus Sabertooth p67 Mobo.
My computer is no longer starting or powering on. My mobo LED is solid green, but nothing else seems to work. Could the lost cap be the reason? I ordered another one off Amazon today, but i'm not sure if a missing CMOS jumper cap would cause the PC not to start at all.

Thanks

Yes it definitely could. Not always, but almost certainly.

Either wait for the replacement, or you could take a bit of foil or a paper clip to simulate the missing jumper (if you do do this, just make sure the metal touches nothing else but those 2 posts!)
