ok
but when I connect hard disk to sata1 , I see a unlocated place(8GB) in my disk management and a wizard ask me to initialized that unknown device and when I initialized , a message appeared (unable to initialize Disk - because of an I/O erro)
even when i deleted all the partition with Windows I saw this volume(8GB) that couldn't extended to the main volume
but when when I connect hard disk to sata-e1 , I don't see this volume

I think sata e1 is for Raid/or external..not sure between the E's lol. I mean, if it works for you, plug it in the e-1 then.

But user guide of P5Q says "When using one hard disk in Normal Mode, connect the hard disk to the SATA-E1(orange, port ) connector on the motherboard.)

So I have just one HDD and I want to install OS

Even user guide says " Normal mode allows you to disable the Drive Xpert function and use the two STAT (SATA-E1 and SATA-E2) connectors as the other onboard SATA connectors.)
