Solution
Ripped, Though the 16GB of ram kind of make up for it. You got jipped on the mobo, chip, and gpu. The GPU is a good card, however it is just old and has to many issues. Heat, high power consumption, loud. The PSU is just not a GREAT one, but it does meet 80+ standard so I'd assume it's not THAT bad. As for the Mobo, it's an older chipset and just doesn't have that expandability/upgradability newer 8xx series boards or higher end 79x series boards have. The chip, well it's not bad. But for the price a better one could've been bought.

The build is fine the way it is. No need to upgrade for a while. Probably will last you until next year at least. Maybe even another 2 years. The chip isn't bad, the ram is plentiful, the GPU isn't...

i already have the parts on my first post.

i bought it like that for 725.

i want to know if i got a good deal and i want to swap out the 1090t and mobo for i5-2500k or i7-2600k.

if i did switch out mobo and cpu to the intel will i need to change any other parts?

You won't get anywhere close to paying for the 2500K itself. I suggest just keeping it. It's a solid chip, 6 cores which help in some programs (Virtualizaton/Sims(Not the game)) As for OC's on the 1090T, expect around 4GHZ, but that's all you'll get, maybe 4.2ghz if you're lucky. Generally, you'd see from 3.6-4ghz range. It's hard to say.
