Hey guys,
I think I have the hardware laid out so it plays nice with itself, but I thought I would post just to double check:

HDD: Spinpoint F3 1TB 7200: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185
PSU: RAIDMAX Hybrid 530: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817152028
CPU: AMD Athlon AM3 x2 II 260 3.2GHz: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103873
RAM: G.Skill 4GB (2x2) 1600MHz DDR3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277
GPU: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5570 1GB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102874
Mobo: ASRock AM3 AMD 770: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157176
Case: COOLER Master Elite RC-310: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119203
Optical: ASUS OEM DVD burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204

Using promo code BTEKEKA33 for the RAM (only -6$)
Total comes out to:
$437.30 :D

Pics or it didn't happen:

Thanks for the look over. Feel free to use/modify this in any of your own designs (hopefully this doesn't make my ego sound TOO big :sarcastic:)

Raidmax power supply is junk. Stick with Corsair, Seasonic. PC Power and Cooling, XFX, Enermax, Antec and Silverstone. 350 - 400 watts from any of those manufacturers is plenty.

125$ for the Intel CPU, plus its clocked lower? I think I will stick with the 70$ AMD CPU.
The 4830 is a better card in terms of performance, but power consumption and cost are making me stick to the 5770. Maybe its worth it, but I would need to buy it on Amazon vs Newegg, adding to the shipping. So in reality, its more like 20$ more.
Switched to the Seagate Barracuta 500 gig drive on your site. Save 20$; I doubt I'd use a TB on a build like this.

Changed the PSU to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026 (430 watt Corsair PSU) (Thanks to everyone that pointed out the PSU is *** :na: I never would have noticed that otherwise).

So, in the end, the total is 423.98$. Saved 14$! Plus better PSU.

Thanks!

Wait do you honestly think it is about clock speeds anymore?

Killed.

Also, if you switch to the 500GB, then you save $20 which can go towards the GPU bringing you up to 90$ for the GPU budget.

I recommend the 6670 over the 450 GTS just because it is newer and consumes less power, produces less heat and has a bit better HD playback.

Quite similar performance.
