Best LGA775 motherboard with 4x DDR2 slots

I need a LGA775 motherboard with 4x DDR2 memory slots. I can't seem to find anywhere any other specs on my RAM, the computer model is a Gateway DX4822-01. I also have another question; i am buying a PCI-express 2.0 video card to put into this computer, and would like to know if it would be worth it to seek out a motherboard with a PCi-express 2.0x16 slot or to just use the video card in a PCI-express x16 slot.
