Mouse not working

optical mouse 3000 still not working after installing intellipoint. any ideas? thanks

Maybe the USB port you have the mouse plugged into is not working.

If this is a wireless mouse, maybe there's some interference.

You should reinstall the driver. My Microsoft Wireless mouse works fine after Intellipoint but the scrollling is a bit different. Also check user 18 suggestions, they are common reasons why it's not working
