Power led light

We just replaced power supply. Now replacing hard drive. Both are installed, but now the led power won't come on the desktop. The fans run and the disc drive will open. Any suggestions?

Do you mean the computer doesn't start after you press the power on button?

did you remember to plug in the 24 pin and the small 4 pin connector
