I have just got the XFX GT240 1GB DDR5
while II'm plain there are a strange green dots are shown on the screen I thought it might be the cause of the old version of the driver i cleaned it and installed the newest one from nvidia but it makes no difference i tried to reinstall the windows 7 many times and also it makes no difference
after that while playing Medal of honor the screen is flashing however it was running perfectly on the older VEGA

by the way this is mine

CPU: AMD phenom x2 550

RAM : 4GB DDR 3

motherboard: GIGABYTE MA78LMT-S2

OS: Windows 7 enterprise

and here is the screen shots of the games while i'm playing ( these pics are from (Battlefiled BC2)

Graphic cards are very sensitive electronic equipment and should always be handled with care. Static electricity can damage your graphic card during unpacking or during installation...

New or old, static electricity doesn't make difference...
