Gigabyte h61m-ds2 mobo rev 1.0 showing ultradurable 1 instead of ultra durable 4

Hello,
recently i had given intel pentium g620 & gigabyte h61m-ds2 to my client but in the post screen it shows ultra durable 1 instead of ultradurable 4 what must be the problem
