80mm Fan Recommendation Please

Could someone please advise of where to obtain an 80mm fan with the smaller 4 pin connector that could be plugged directly into my ASUS MOBO? I would like to run some tests using the fan speed control feature of my MOBO. Everywhere I look I can only find the large Molex connectors or the smaller 3 pin connectors. Even better if you could recommend fans that have LED options... Thank you in advance!

Thank you Nikorr! I've now been able to find many of these by including "PWM" in my search. At this point I'm looking for one with the elusive LED features.
