Which mobo will be best for my processor?

I am building a gaming computer and have picked out a couple of parts already

CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 Black 560

GPU: GeForce GTX 550 Ti

And I was just trying to figure out what Motherboard will be best. I don't really have a budget for it, just nothing too crazy, I really don't even know what is a good price for a mobo, I have seen from $40-$150. I know I need one that is compatible with AMD, and I am planning on overclocking and maybe unlocking my CPU.

I was looking around a little bit, and I think I would like to get one for under $100 if that is possible?
